Voice recordings (when using our core voice-to-video feature)

Information from third parties:

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google

To provide the Services: Process your voice recordings, generate video content using AI, deliver completed videos to you

3. AI Processing

Voce uses artificial intelligence to process your voice recordings and generate video content. Specifically:

OpenAI Whisper — transcribes your voice recordings into text
Anthropic Claude — generates video scripts and captions from your transcriptions
Replicate — assists with AI video generation

Your voice recordings and transcriptions are processed by these AI platforms to deliver the core functionality of Voce. You may opt out of AI processing by deleting your account or contacting us at hello@usevoce.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following service providers who help us operate the Services:

9. Mobile App Permissions

The Voce mobile app requests access to the following device features:

Camera: To record video for content creation
Microphone: To record your voice (core feature)
Storage / Photo Library: To save completed videos to your device

11. Children's Privacy

Voce is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption, secure database storage via Supabase, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
